I disagree because we can learn a lot about total defence.We all must remember all the hard times the people faced during World War Two.We all must learn about total defence.There are five aspect.They are civil defence.military defence.economy defence and many more.Children can be soldier as they become 18 years old.Children must learn civil defence because once they are married they must learn to the house from fire.Children also must learn economy as they need to work for the nation.So,children and adult must learn total defence!By:Aliff
