I disagree.Because child is also a human,Singapore also need our help.And when there is a war,other country will have more people than us,they will win us.If child do not participate in the Total Defence,the chances are that we will lose easily.And when the child grow up,they will have exprience on Total Defence.So,chilren must join Total Defence .By:WeiXiang
